Technique ATCs Class-Bloomington

You asked for it, I hope you like them. The girls wanted to do a class with ATC's and this is what I came up with. Scrapbook Friend'z-Bloomington, Il. Sept. 6th from 1-3PM.

There are at least 6 or more techniques in here learned from the Master....Mr. Holtz! Ha! Lots of Ranger products to use, and Tim Holtz Collage stamps!

We're working on a date and it might be sooner rather than later. UPDATE(Sept.6th)

They were really fun to come up with. I did change the flower on one as it was too much like the other one. And added a little more bling....it was a snap!
Literally.

Enjoy the day!

Watermark Ink and Distress Embossing Powder? AND ADDED Penny Smith's Slide Show!!!!!

Tim Holtz stamps, Distress Embossing Powders, Glossy Paper, Watermark Ink, Paint Dabbers......know what to do with them?

We're getting together at Scrapbook Friend'z to make ATCs and learn different techniques with all the cool products you've had to have....and then stored away.

Hey, I've done it. I buy things and put them away. I'm a hands-on person. So I went to Ranger U and learned to use a lot of inks and paints. Now I share.

Want to have fun, and learn at the same time? Come and join us.

See you there.

Linda

UPDATE:You have got to see Penny Smith's Slideshow of the classes from Satureday!!!! WOW!

Doesn't she pull at your heartstrings??? Look at those eyes. This beautiful child is from Paper Whimsy and Gale is 2nd to none in her wonderful images.

Wings, flowers, and tag are from Maya Road. Paint dabbers were used to add a bit of interest to the chipboard. The Alcohol Inks are used again in the metal flowers. I'm soooo into the glitter thanks to Lisa Pace! She makes you want to break out the little bottles and get your studio all glitzed up a bit.

The Chocolate Metal has Arrived!

This is the Dark Chocolate brown metal from Ten Seconds Studio. Isn't it gorgeous?!?!??! I love brown anyway. Bet you would never have guessed that, right? I used alcohol inks to add bit of color, too.

So this is using one of the new Big Mama's molds. Pretty cool! Three different molds were used for the front and sides. Stamped and embossed papers cover the top and back sections.

The flower is 3 sizes of Maya Road metal flowers with Aqua paint Dabber accents. I used a large glittery brad for the center. The green pearls from KaiserCraft kind of loose the pearly look for some reason, and the yellow rhinestones don't show as well in the centers of the smaller flowers.

All in all, not a great picture, but you get the idea. This little wooden box is always fun to put a small gift in for someone special.
