Finnabair's Gorgeous New Stamps on Tags

Just a quick post of some of the gorgeous stamps from
Finnabair
that I've been so lucky to play with lately.

The detail in these beauties is amazing. LOVE them ALL!!!

This one is a "15 minute tag" I made to see if I really could just throw caution to the wind and DO IT!   I used the new Wood Block stamps for this one, but there is a Cling set called Trust the Magic as well.

I am notoriously slow and calculating. I take FOREVER to make a decision especially in projects. These pics are not great, but they show the basic layout that came together nicely with Tombow pens and Distress Inks.

I received the wonderful set of Wood Block Stamps and they are really a collector's item. They stamp a perfect image!

This is one of the Cling Mount stamps that I used on a Retro Cafe Art Butterfly Wing. Pretty nice, eh? It stamped up great on the newly released Fresco Paints Bougainvillea and Lavender.  Gotta love those colors!!!

When I got my new product package with the stunning Mica Powders, I got busy and mixed up some luscious Purple with the 3D Gloss Gel

I mixed it in a little jello cup. Pretty awesome color isn't it? And sparkly, too.

When it was dry I started adding Distress Inks...here is Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade. Just keep adding layers and layers of color until you get a deep, rich, background.

The gorgeous Ania is stamped with VersaMark and embossed with fine Black embossing powder. The set here is Don't Forget to Fly. You can see Bronze Micro Beads are added with Soft Gloss Gel that I stamped onto the tag first. I did the same with Gloss Gel and Art Sugar in a couple of places, too.

The Bronze Beads in her hair are added to tiny drops of glue. I stamped the phrases on paper and cut out to brighten the darkness of the tag up.

You loose some of the fine detail when you use the embossing powder, but I wanted the image very dark to contrast with the bright colors.

This detail shot shows the beads, the black embossing and the purple mica powder paste with the stencil.

So keep checking with your LSS and online shops for the new products from Finnabair and Prima. They should be hitting your areas soon!
Hope you're inspired to create your own magic!
Linda

I have pre-ordered the cling sets, because they work out better value, but I would have LOVED the wood mounted ones. The tag looks amazing - great to see just how much you can do in 15 minutes! Love it.

Really, that only took 15 mins. Wow, sure I would have took more than a week of procrastinating over colours alone!

Well done you, Linda! 15 minutes is phenomenal! And the result is magnificent! I love Gloss 3D gel and I do have some, though not the Mica yet. But - oh dear - you've sold me these gorgeous stamps! My poor bank balance!!! xxx

Way! I swear. Totally unlike me, but I had to leave for an appointment in that timeframe, and HAD to put the newly arrived stamps to ink.
