Rock Star and Rock Candy Crackle

Here is a close-up of Rock Candy distress Crackle Paint. It's very different, and VERY cool!

I stamped and used Distress Embossing Powder Vintage Photo 1st, then over stamped with black ink. Somehow I got it right over the image and slightly to the left. The Dimensional Pearls Red Pepper add a bit of....you guessed it...DIMENSION!

The closeup shows you how neat the Crackle is over the heart.

Some Numerals from Idea-ology were added. My classmates from HS would understand the significance. Ha! We just had a milestone Birthday Party last weekend. We graduated from Rock Island HS....the "Rocks"....hence the Rock On!

You figure out the numbers...I can't bear to tell you!!!! NO, it's NOT my age!!!

Enjoy!

This tag is beautiful Linda and I LOVE the new Rock Candy - have to have it!!! I recently found your blog through Tim's bog and I have been watching for a couple of weeks - your work is very pretty. Is 67 your graduation year, mine is 68??!!??

Love this tag, love this stamp, love your work. Your style is so similar to Tim's, I can see why everyone is referring to you as Linda Holtz.

I've really enjoyed your posts the last few months. It's all been extremely inspiring. Thank you for the inspiration.

Take care!
