ReplyDeleteI use the Extra-Fine White Poster Paint Pen by Sharpie or a Posca Pen. NOT oil-based. But that's just me.

Wow Linda. Your art journal page is gorgeous. Love all of the bright colors of your background. But they don't overpower all of your lettering and your stamped images. Oh my gosh...the layers of color and stenciling you've done is just amazing to create such a pretty background. And I LOVE the white pen work. That really sets the whole page!!! As always...your totally ROCK, girl. <3 Candy
